Best & Easiest Bread

Bread


5 ¼ Cups Flour (white, whole wheat or a mix)
¼ Cup Sugar (honey works as a substitute)
½ Tbl Salt
1 ½ Tbl Yeast

Mix slightly in mixer.

Add:

1 ½ Tbl Liquid Lecithin
2 Cups Hot Tap Water

Turn on knead in Bosch or Kitchen Aid Mixer for 8-10 minutes. (I always add a little honey to the dough while it is mixing.) Shape into loaves and place in pans. Allow to rise for 25 minutes. Bake for 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven.

Makes 2 loaves. Double if your Mixer will allow for 4 loaves.

Note: Be sure to store Lecithin in a squeeze bottle or it will be difficult to use. It comes off surfaces best with a dry paper towel.
